How To Really Tell When Summer Is Here

It is said that in the northern half of the world, June 21st  is the official first day of summer.  In school I was instructed that solstices mark the points at which the earth’s poles are tilted at their maximum toward or away from the sun. This is when the difference between the daylight hours and the nighttime hours is most acute, thus marking the beginning of summer or winter.

Blah blah blah blah blah.

Excuse me please, but I beg to differ.

I think summer is officially here when I can’t get to the door.

PERIOD.

Have the scientists call me.  I think they need the redhead to correct their perspective.

Meanwhile, Brian and his friends may live until the end of summer.

Place your bets now.

Until next time-

C

Umm..if you can’t get in then you can’t make dinner or prepare a lunch for the starving children.

    Easy fix.

I love this so much I missed the start of What Not to Wear (one of the things that makes this faux blonde happy). You are so talented! My 4 year old wants to know if there are jelly beans in his testicles. Looking forward to 12.
